Western North Dakota Irrigation

Mike Ames

Mike is a native of Montana, where he grew up in Glasgow.  Before founding Agri Industries, Mike completed a degree in Agricultural Engineering at Montana State University.  With more than thirty years in the irrigation business, Mike is very knowledgeable in irrigation systems and area resources including water sources, soils and other factors. Having encountered nearly every possible situation, Mike is well equipped to help you with all your irrigation design needs.  Mike feels that an irrigation system should not only meet the requirements of the crops grown, but should also be economically affordable and feasible.

Southeastern Montana Irrigation

Lee Candee

A "south-sider" all his life, Lee now handles eastern Montana, south of the Missouri River.  Lee grew up on the Missouri river near the Sprole Bridge where his father operated a Valley pivot along with flood irrigation.  After completing his college education in Civil Engineering at Montana State University, Lee started an Agri Industries office in Miles City, Montana, where he was the designer, salesman, service man, pivot builder, pipeline layer, and any other job which is required in the irrigation industry.  Lee now hangs his shingle at the Agri Industries shop in Sidney, MT. Lee has recently emphasized the advantages of mechanical irrigation of flood land through the use of corner machines and linear systems.

Northeastern Montana Irrigation

Neil Iversen

A native Montanan, Neil spent two summers with Agri Industries as an intern under Mike Ames.  Through this internship, Neil worked with the pivot erection crew, the pipeline crew, and the pump and well service crew.  Upon completing his Civil Engineering Degree at Montana State University, Neil joined the team at Agri Industries as salesman in May of 2001.  Neil serves the area in eastern Montana north of the Missouri river.
